The Kolonnadenhof is an open courtyard at the heart of Berlin's Museumsinsel, framed by the colonnaded passages that connect the Alte Nationalgalerie and the Neues Museum. Redesigned as part of the long-running Museumsinsel masterplan, it serves as an outdoor gathering space and hosts open-air events, markets and cultural programmes against a backdrop of 19th-century museum architecture.
