Cologne, Germany

About the venue

Kolumba is the art museum of the Archdiocese of Cologne, built by Swiss architect Peter Zumthor and opened in 2007. It stands on the ruins of the Gothic church of St. Kolumba, incorporating medieval walls and Roman excavations into its fabric. The collection spans two millennia of Christian art and culture, from late antiquity to the present day.
