Königskolonnaden

Berlin, Germany

About the venue

The Königskolonnaden are a late-Baroque colonnade built in 1777-80 by Carl von Gontard, originally erected near Königsbrücke in the city centre and relocated to Kleistpark in Schöneberg in 1910. The sandstone arcade of 32 arches is one of the best-preserved examples of Frederician architecture in Berlin and serves as a backdrop for open-air events and cultural gatherings.
