About the venue

The Liebieghaus is a sculpture museum housed in a late 19th-century villa on the southern bank of the Main river. Its collection spans over 5,000 years - from ancient Egypt and Greece through the Middle Ages and Renaissance to the Baroque. The building itself, a historicist mansion commissioned by the Czech industrialist Baron von Liebieg, is as much an attraction as the art inside.
