About the venue

The Max-Taut-Aula is a listed assembly hall in Berlin-Lichtenberg, built in 1932 by architect Max Taut as part of a school complex. Its clean Modernist brick architecture is a fine example of late Weimar-era design. Today the hall hosts concerts, readings, and cultural events.
