About the venue

MOMEM - Museum of Modern Electronic Music - is a one-of-a-kind museum in Frankfurt dedicated entirely to the history and culture of electronic music. Opened in 2022 in the Zeil shopping district, it takes visitors through the origins of techno, house and related genres via interactive installations and audiovisual exhibits. Frankfurt's own role as a cradle of early techno is a central thread running through the collection.
