About the venue

The Neubaukirche is a late-Renaissance church in central Würzburg, built in the late 16th century as part of the Jesuit university founded by Prince-Bishop Julius Echter von Mespelbrunn. Its striking façade and barrel-vaulted interior make it one of the city's most recognizable historic buildings. Today the church regularly hosts classical concerts and choral events.
