Schloss Bothmer is one of the largest baroque palace complexes in Mecklenburg, built in the early 18th century for Count Hans Caspar von Bothmer. The ensemble of main building, wings, and formal gardens sits in the small town of Klütz near the Baltic coast. Today it hosts cultural events, concerts, and exhibitions, and the restored interiors are open to visitors.
