About the venue

Schloss Fasanerie is one of the best-preserved baroque palace complexes in Germany, built in the 18th century near Fulda and later expanded under the Electors of Mainz. The Hessian ducal family used it as a summer residence, and today it houses an outstanding collection of porcelain, furniture, and antiquities. Guided tours run through the lavishly decorated state rooms, and the surrounding park is open to visitors year-round.
