About the venue

Schloss Raesfeld is a 17th-century baroque castle in the Westphalian Münsterland, built under Alexander II von Velen between 1643 and 1658. The ensemble of four wings, a chapel tower, and a moat is one of the best-preserved water castles in the region. Today the site is home to a craft training centre and hosts cultural events, open-air concerts, and markets on its historic grounds.
