Schloss Staufenberg is a medieval hilltop castle above the village of Durbach in the Baden wine region, dating back to the 12th century. Today it is owned by the Grand Ducal House of Baden and is surrounded by its own vineyards. The castle hosts wine tastings, cultural events and open-air concerts, with sweeping views over the Rhine plain and the Vosges mountains.
