The Seebrücke Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom is one of the longest piers in Germany, stretching 508 metres into the Baltic Sea. Built in its current form in the 1990s, it serves as a promenade and a stage for open-air concerts, markets and seasonal events. The pier head houses a restaurant and a small pavilion used for live performances.
