About the venue

The Sophienkirche is a Protestant baroque church in Berlin's Mitte district, built in the early 18th century and named after Queen Sophie Luise of Prussia. Its slender tower, added in the 1730s, is one of the few surviving pre-war church towers in central Berlin. The church regularly hosts classical concerts and choral events alongside regular services.
