About the venue

The Brandenburg State Stud in Neustadt (Dosse) is one of the oldest and largest studs in Germany, founded in 1787 under Frederick William II of Prussia. The sprawling baroque ensemble was built to breed warhorses for the Prussian army and today focuses on warmblood and Hanoverian breeding. The site hosts regular equestrian events, auctions, and the famous annual stallion parade.
