About the venue

YAAM (Young African Art Market) is an open-air cultural venue on the banks of the Spree in Berlin, running since the mid-1990s. It combines a beach bar, reggae and afrobeats club nights, live concerts, and a skate area in one sprawling riverside space. The programme leans heavily toward African and Caribbean music and culture, making it one of the more distinctive outdoor spots in the city.
