Antoni Wit is a Polish conductor born in 1944 in Kraków. He served for many years as chief conductor of the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, and previously led the Łódź Philharmonic. His discography spans over 200 recordings - focused largely on Polish and Russian symphonic repertoire - and includes Grammy-winning releases.
