B.B. King (1925–2015) was an American blues guitarist and singer, widely regarded as one of the greatest blues musicians of all time. He was known for his distinctive guitar style, his instrument named Lucille, and the hit "The Thrill Is Gone". Over his career he received numerous awards, including multiple Grammys.
