Emily Blunt (born 23 February 1983 in London) is a British actress whose career spans stage, television and film across more than two decades. She broke through internationally with The Devil Wears Prada (2006) and has since built one of Hollywood's most varied filmographies - from the horror of A Quiet Place (2018) to Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer (2023), which earned her a first Academy Award nomination. Among her accolades are a Golden Globe, two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Critics' Choice Movie Awards.
