Jacek Kleyff

About

Jacek Kleyff (born 1947 in Warsaw) is a Polish poet, composer, actor and painter. In 1969 he co-founded the "Salon of Independents" together with Michał Tarkowski and Janusz Weiss. He also created the Orkiestra Na Zdrowie, winning the Golden Bug award at the Woodstock Festival. His songs blend folk music with sung poetry, united by a distinctive sense of humour spanning nearly 50 years.
