Janis Joplin

Janis Joplin was an American rock and blues singer, one of the most distinctive voices of the 1960s. She was known for her raw, emotionally powerful vocal style and hits such as "Me and Bobby McGee" and "Piece of My Heart". She died in 1970 at the age of 27, becoming a member of the so-called Club 27.
