Judas Priest is a British heavy metal band formed in Birmingham in 1969. Considered pioneers of the genre, their albums such as Screaming for Vengeance and Painkiller have influenced generations of metal bands. The group is known for its twin-guitar sound and the powerful vocals of Rob Halford.
