Kate Ryan is a Belgian pop singer who rose to fame in the early 2000s. She is known for her eurohouse and dance-pop hits sung in French, including „Désenchantée" and „Libertine", which are largely cover versions of French classics. Her music achieved considerable success across continental Europe.
