Master is an American death metal band founded in Chicago in the 1980s by bassist and vocalist Paul Speckmann, regarded as one of the pioneers of the death metal genre. The band is known for its raw, straightforward sound and has released numerous albums, including their self-titled debut „Master" (1991).
