Ronny Moorings is a Dutch musician, the founder and driving force behind Clan of Xymox. He plays guitar, keyboards and sings, and has led the band since its formation in Nijmegen in 1981. His songwriting shaped the dark wave and gothic rock sound the group became known for on labels such as 4AD and later Metropolis Records.
