The Turbans is an international ensemble blending Arabic, Balkan, Turkish and Mediterranean folk music with electric guitar and psychedelic elements. Members hail from Bulgaria, Greece, Iraq, Israel, Iran, England, Spain and Italy. The group has performed at festivals worldwide, including Glastonbury and WOMEX.
