Thoughtful and Romantic is an orchestral concert as part of the 22nd Summer Philharmonia AUKSO - Wigry 2026. Featuring cellist Marcin Zdunik and AUKSO - Chamber Orchestra of Tychy under the direction of Marek Moś.

Marcin Zdunik is a Polish cellist, soloist and chamber musician performing music from the Renaissance to contemporary works - he improvises, arranges and composes. He has performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall in New York, Konzerthaus in Berlin, Cadogan Hall in London and Rudolfinum in Prague. He has collaborated with the Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Warsaw, the European Union Chamber Orchestra, City of London Sinfonia and Sinfonia Varsovia, as well as with conductors Andrzej Boreyko, Antoni Wit and Andres Mustonen. His partners have included Nelson Goerner, Gérard Causse, Krzysztof Jabłoński, Krzysztof Jakowicz, Rafał Blechacz and Bomsori Kim. He has been invited to BBC Proms in London, Progetto Martha Argerich in Lugano and the Chopin and His Europe festival in Warsaw.
AUKSO - Chamber Orchestra of Tychy operates under the direction of Marek Moś, a violinist, conductor and chamber musician. The orchestra was founded by graduates of the Academy of Music in Katowice; the name AUKSO comes from Greek and means "growth". The orchestra works in a permanent ensemble and combines classical repertoire with projects realised in collaboration with artists from various fields of music and art.
