Pilates with Breakfast

A summer gathering for women, "Pilates with Breakfast," takes place on July 26, 2026 in the park by the Palace in Sucha Górna (indoors at the Palace in case of bad weather). Time: 9:00-13:00. Price: 150 PLN per person. Limited capacity.

The programme includes pilates in the park, breakfast, creating your own dream map (materials provided), and time for conversation and inspiration. The gathering is led by Marta Frącz, a Health Coach.

Bring a mat and comfortable clothing to the session.
