Discounted tickets (upon presentation of a valid document) are available to students, pupils, persons over 65 years of age, pensioners, holders of the Senior Card, Large Family Card, persons with disabilities, war veterans and honorary blood donors.

Free admission for: holders of named invitations issued by the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music, children of pre-school age, school group leaders (1 leader per 10 children), persons with significant disabilities and their assistants, persons decorated with the Order of the White Eagle, the Military Order Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Polish Republic or the Medal "Zasłużony Kulturze Gloria Artis", as well as holders of the Karta Polaka in accordance with the law of 7 September 2007.
