A theatrical production created on the initiative of theatre actors Joanna Banasik and Krzysztof Najbor as part of the Actors' Proposals Stage.

"The Bat, or Duality" is a theatrical performance based on the work of Joanna Kulmowa - poet, writer, librettist, and actress. The stage features lesser-known poems, epigrams, mini-dramas, and excerpts from the autobiography "Ciułanie siebie", united by Kulmowa's characteristic fantasy, wit, and apocalyptic dark humour. The performance is accompanied by reflective music performed live by a four-member ensemble.

The closed premiere took place on 16 April 2021, the public premiere on 11 June 2021 at Scene A. Bazakbala in Kawiarnia Witkacy.
