Description was written before the event

"Kalejdoskop Barw Polski" is the flagship concert of PZLPiT "Mazowsze" - a programme that best captures the ensemble's character. It runs for approximately 2.5 hours with an intermission and features songs and dances from various regions of Poland: from Kashubia, through Kuyavia, Mazovia and Lublin region, to the mountains and Silesia.

The programme includes both national dances such as krakowiak and oberek, as well as folk songs and melodies characteristic of individual regions. The choreography was created by Witold Zapała and other artists. Audiences will also hear well-known songs from the "Mazowsze" repertoire: "Kukułeczka", "Cyt, cyt" and "Furmana".

The performance is completed by carefully crafted and decorated regional costumes and the "Mazowsze" orchestra under the direction of Jacek Boniecki.
