Tickets are available exclusively online. A ticket machine accepting card payments operates on site. Tickets are not subject to reservation.

Discounted tickets (upon presentation of a valid document) are available to: students, persons over 65 years old, pensioners and people with disabilities, holders of the Senior Card, holders of the Large Family Card, persons with disabilities, and honorary blood donors.

Free admission is granted to: holders of named invitations issued by the Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music, children below school age, school group supervisors (1 supervisor per 10 children), persons with confirmed significant disability and their assistants, persons decorated with the Order of the White Eagle, the Military Order Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Polish Republic, or the Medal "Meritorious for Culture Gloria Artis", as well as holders of the Karta Polaka (Polish Card) as defined by the law of September 7, 2007 (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1280 and 2008 No. 52, item 305).
