"Be Like Krawczyk" XXX OFK TALIA 2026

The Ludwik Solski Theatre in Tarnów is preparing the premiere of "Be Like Krawczyk" - a script by Łukasz Fijał based on Andrzej Kosmala's book "Life Like Wine". The premiere is scheduled for October 17, 2026 on the Small Stage.

The production is not a biography in the strict sense - it focuses on the emotions that Krzysztof Krawczyk experienced and awakened in others. The script comprises more than a dozen songs, interwoven with dialogues and monologues spoken or recorded by the artist himself. Krawczyk spoke openly about faith, art, women, travel, dreams, vices, triumphs and failures - describing his professional successes and setbacks with equal candor, as well as personal victories and disappointments.

The entire production is divided into seven scenes, in which - through music, words, space and costume - his vocal career, time in the USA, a car accident, subsequent marriages, poetry and mortality are told. Among the songs are hits like "My Friend" and "Hard to Say", as well as lesser-known works including "Immersed in Sleep". The creators gave the production the subtitle: "reach the summit with humility".

Tomasz Wiśniewski will perform on stage, with Piotr Niedojadło on instruments, who will also take on supporting acting roles.
