Anatomy of Events. Pockets Full of Memories

You pull an old coat from the wardrobe, reach into the pocket - and find an old cinema ticket, a button, a shell, a token. Objects that belonged to you or someone close who is no longer here. A touch of a rusty metal tin or an incomplete deck of cards is enough to trigger an avalanche of memories.

"Anatomy of Events. Pockets Full of Memories" by the Flying Theatre Kantorowi is a performance about memory preserved in objects - both your own and inherited ones. The stories woven here touch places we don't always want to look into: old scars, the presence of ancestors in our behaviour and choices, things worth telling children about.

The performance takes place at Kino Metalowiec in Kraśnik.
