Wellbeing Day takes place on Sunday, 6 September at Służewiec Racecourse (Park Biały). In case of rain, the organisers will move the event to the Rotunda and Tribune II.

11:30 - 13:30 - TECHNO YOGA EXPERIENCE
13:30 - 13:50 - conversation with Katarzyna Zillmann (rower, Olympic vice-champion)
13:50 - 14:30 - HEALTH FOR THE LONG TERM - expert conversations (metabolic health, good habits, small changes with lasting impact)
14:30 - 15:00 - conversation with psycho-dietician NATALIA JANIK (dietaniecud)
15:00 - 16:00 - yoga session with BEATA GAMDZYK (joginkawpowietrzu)
✨ TECHNO YOGA EXPERIENCE is a combination of dynamic Power Yoga practice with a live DJ set and deep meditation. The session includes: Welcome Experience (Festival Makeup / Body Painting / Glitter Corner), Dynamic Power Yoga and Deep Techno Meditation.

Throughout the day, food trucks, Decathlon sports zone, golf simulator, basketball and football pitch BVB operate on the racecourse grounds. For children, there are inflatable attractions, pony rides, hobby horse league and the chance to see llamas up close.
ADMISSION AND TICKETS
Free admission for children and young people up to 13 years of age and people over 65 years of age. People with yoga mats enter free. The first 80 people will receive gift packs from Ziaja and Claresa brands.
Access to the Honorary Tribune on 6 September requires a WIDOK ticket. Holders of regular tickets can purchase access to the Honorary Tribune on site for 20 PLN - this entitles them to move around the entire tribune (ground floor and WIDOK zone on the 1st and 2nd floors). Tickets are available at the main ticket office and at the TRAF ticket office at the entrance to the Honorary Tribune from the paddock side.
