FORMA.live // DUET CHABANEL

FORMA.live is a directed improvisation — not a typical concert, but an experience. FORMA. is an independent curatorial initiative and contemporary culture platform that has been exploring the boundaries between disciplines since 2018: from sound art through new media theory to spatial architecture and cultural criticism. It operates at the intersection of editorial, gallery, and laboratory.

The material of the Chabanel duo is rooted in a post-apocalyptic world filled with uncertainty and fear. Rave intertwines with death metal, and avant-garde noise serves as the binding element. Chabanel is an experimental duo from Montreal: Gabriel Sasseville-Jolicoeur (prepared bass guitar and electronics) and Jordan Torres-Bussière (electronics, prepared metal tape).
