Description was written before the event

This concert commemorates the 340th anniversary of the birth of Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit, a Gdańsk native who taught the world how to measure temperature. "Fahrenheit. The Temperature of Sound" is an attempt to measure something far more elusive: the temperature of music and emotion.

Performing on stage will be Marta Burdynowicz, Marcin Januszkiewicz, and Mila Jankowska, accompanied by the children's choir of the Baabus Musicalis Theatre. Musical direction is by Jan Jarecki. The programme includes a musical surprise, the details of which the organizers are keeping secret.

The concert takes place on October 1st at 18:00 in the Theatre Hall named after Prof. Jerzy Limon, ul. Wita Stwosza 51, Gdańsk.
