Bath in Sounds - Gong and Singing Bowl Concert by Rima Sadurska

A concert of gongs and singing bowls led by Rima Sadurska – a naturopathy master and artist who has been working with sound and performative art since 2017. During the session, she uses the harmonic vibrations of gongs and singing bowls, conducts sound baths, and sings traditional songs. Since 2011, she has practiced bioenergetic therapy and meditation. She completed studies in Natural Therapies, numerous trainings in sound therapy, meditation, healing and voice work, as well as the Academy of Theatrical Practices in Gardzienice and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The event is designed to be experienced lying down with eyes closed. Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow.
