A concert as part of the 1st Classical Music Festival in Szamotuły "Spaces of Music".

Duo Wolańska/Gajda:

The programme features works from the canon of European classical music - including compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach and Witold Lutosławski - in arrangements for duo created by the performers themselves, as well as original pieces for solo piano and accordion.

The duo has been active since 2014. Its members are graduates of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music: pianist Julia Wolańska-Gajda and accordionist Michał Gajda. The artists perform regularly in Poland and abroad - they have appeared at Carnegie Hall in New York and the Berlin Philharmonic. In 2018, they received the Medal of Young Art "Voice of Greater Poland" in the classical music category.
