Due to the open-air nature of the event, the organiser reserves the right to change the concert venue in case of unfavourable weather conditions.
Tickets are available exclusively online; a ticket machine accepting card payments operates on site. Tickets are not subject to reservation. Discounted tickets are available to students, persons over 65 years of age, pensioners, holders of the Senior Card, Large Family Card, persons with disabilities, war veterans and honorary blood donors — upon presentation of a document confirming eligibility.
Free admission applies to holders of named ECM invitations, children below school age, school group supervisors (1 supervisor per 10 children), persons with a decision on severe disability and their assistants, persons decorated with the Order of the White Eagle, the Military Order Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland or the Medal "Meritorious for Culture Gloria Artis", as well as holders of the Pole's Card (Act of 7 September 2007).
