19. FGA: GOPR Then and Now

"GOPR Then and Now" is a meeting dedicated to the evolution of mountain rescue over the years.

Participants will compare the working conditions of rescuers in the past with solutions used today - from rescue equipment and communication systems to methods for searching for missing persons in the mountains. The speakers will emphasize that despite technological progress, experience, knowledge, and the dedication of rescuers remain essential.

The meeting offers an opportunity to learn about GOPR's history, the challenges the organization faces today, and to ask questions of the speakers.
