Immunocracy
Sala JAK, Krotoszyn
IMMUNOCRACY is an immersive meditation on the shared social body in crisis. Polarization is understood here as systemic inflammation, in which democracy — like an organism afflicted by autoimmune disease — ceases to recognize its own structures as benign and turns against itself.
In this interdisciplinary laboratory, movement, visualizations, and interactive technologies create a system of shared antibodies: a field of experience in which viewers become active agents of repair. The event takes the form of a living archive of human hope — a defensive response to conflict, tension, cynicism, and despair.
Is collapse written into our systems? And if so — how do we find meaning in their constant renegotiation? No caped superhero will save us. We can only rely on each other.
