FORMA.context SUMMER

FORMA.context is an improvised concert by Poznań-based creators of experimental and avant-garde music. Instead of a shared musical idiom, the artists receive a shared textual idiom – a text, a prompt, not a score to interpret but a relational score – which becomes a pretext for dialogue and mutual listening.

For the summer edition of the project, curator Agata Kneć invited Łucja Motyl, Paweł Doskocz, Marcel Mandl, Dawid Dąbrowski, and Adam Knychhaus – artists with such distinct practices and sensibilities that under other circumstances their collaboration might never have occurred.

FORMA. is an independent curatorial initiative and contemporary culture platform that has been exploring the boundaries between disciplines since 2018 – from sound art through media theory to spatial architecture and cultural criticism. It archives ephemeral acts of art, giving them material trace and situating them within cultural heritage.
