Ladies and Hussars

"Ladies and Hussars" is a comedy about the collision of two worlds: the orderly, masculine universe of soldiers on leave and the vibrant reality of women who unexpectedly take over the space of the Major's house. Fredro's humor, based on precise dialogue construction and vivid characters, receives contemporary energy in this production.

The director on the show: "My goal is to draw out the authenticity of the characters – the Major, the Rotmistrz, and the sisters are not merely figures from a comedy, but people of flesh and blood, tormented by passions and amusing quirks that we find in ourselves.
