Summer Night Ball – Dance Finale of the Season
Museum of the Old Theatre MICET in Krakow, Poland
The Summer Night Ball is a dance finale of the theatrical season – one night, two dance floors, and four musical worlds. The event takes place on 27 June 2026 from 21:00 to 2:00 in the Modrzejewska Hall and BE Zone of the National Old Theatre named after H. Modrzejewska in Kraków (ul. Jagiellońska 1).
The first dance floor will feature ethno, Slavic and Balkan folk, as well as house and nu disco – with Shoshana Rogala and DJ Ristoff at the controls. The second floor will be filled with techno and electro performed by Eta Hox and DJ Maric. The theatre's Art Nouveau interiors will be complemented by visualizations and light effects.
Tickets are available online on the theatre's website and at the box office. On the day of the event, the box office is open until 23:00; tickets on the day of the event can be purchased only if seats are available. There is no formal dress code – comfort and freedom while dancing are what matter. A bar serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be open during the event.
Accessibility: The Modrzejewska Hall and BE Zone are accessible for wheelchair users; the hall can be reached by stairs or lift from the lower foyer. Toilets adapted for people with mobility disabilities are located on the ground floor and first floor. The theatre does not have parking spaces. Noise-cancelling headphones are available for rent on site (limited quantity). For accessibility inquiries: dostepnosc@stary.pl or tel./SMS: 504 859 246.
