As part of the JAZZ PO POLSKU "Warsaw Live Sessions" project, a series of original concerts by leading figures of the Polish jazz scene and international guests will take place.
Szymon Zawodny Quintet is a group of outstanding and ambitious young musicians from the Tri-City jazz community. Although the ensemble was formed in its current lineup in early 2023, its true roots go back to 2019, when the first compositions and ideas for the project's concept were created.
Lineup: Szymon Zawodny – alto saxophone, flute, compositions; Szymon Kowalik – tenor and soprano saxophone; Dominik Kisiel – piano; Konrad Żołnierek – double bass; Mikołaj Stańko – drums.
