A musical project bringing together five seemingly different worlds. They differ musically, stylistically, and geographically. Also generationally.
Yet if notes were letters, these five different authors would write one coherent story.
Grzech Piotrowski - composer, saxophonist, producer, and arranger, graduate of the Jazz and Popular Music Department at the Academy of Music in Katowice. He creates music at the intersection of jazz, classical, ethnic, and film music, focusing on original projects and compositional work.
Paweł Tomaszewski - pianist, composer, and professor at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, dean of the Jazz and Popular Music Department. Recipient of numerous awards, including a Fryderyk 2024 nomination, he has performed worldwide and collaborated with many artists on the jazz scene.
Shachar Elnatan - guitarist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He has performed on international stages and collaborated with artists including Avishai Cohen, Ravi Coltrane, and Kurt Rosenwinkel.
Filip Sojka - bassist, composer, and arranger, graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice, active as a session musician. He has collaborated with many Polish and international artists, creates music for film and television, and teaches.
Igor Falecki - Polish drummer, multi-instrumentalist, lyricist, and producer. Graduate of the Jazz and Popular Music Department at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Recipient of scholarships from the Ministry of Culture, the President of Gdańsk, and the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. He has performed worldwide and collaborated with artists including Radzimir Dębski (JIMEK), MARO, Bocante, and Michał Urbaniak.
