Kupala Night at Gród Rycerski — Gród Rycerski w Byczynie, Biskupice

When the sun reaches its highest point in the sky and the night becomes the shortest of the year – ancient Slavs lit fires, wove wreaths and sought what was hidden. It is said that on this one night the boundary between the human world and nature becomes thinner. Fire purifies, water guides, and herbs possess the greatest power. Kupala Night was a time when people returned to what is primordial and true. In the Gród we will try to rediscover this meaning anew – through art, music and shared experience.

On this night, paths lead to places where one usually does not go… perhaps here awaits your fern flower?

Come and become part of this story!
