Sober Festival

FIRST EDITION OF SOBER FESTIVAL 2026

Sober Festival is Poland's first event combining conscious living, wellbeing, art, culture, and modern lifestyle.

We create a space for people who want to live more fully, consciously, and on their own terms. We discuss mental health, relationships, personal growth, culture, passions, and the quality of everyday experiences. Without moralizing, without judgment, and without divisions.

Throughout the day, participants will enjoy a programme featuring inspiring talks, workshops, discussions, artistic events, concerts, and experience zones prepared by event partners.

PROGRAMME:

CLEAR HEAD
A track dedicated to psychology, wellbeing, mental health, and conscious choices. The programme includes expert talks, creators, opinion leaders, and practical workshops.

FULL LIFE
Music, culture, art, movement, and connection. Concerts, community activities, and space for building relationships. We show that the best experiences are created by people, passions, and authentic emotions.
