Alternatywny Las: Lipali, Vvydmy, Feeria

The fourth edition of the Alternatywny Las cycle - concerts showcasing local artists from the alternative rock music scene. Following the cycle's format, two younger performers open the evening, with a headliner band that has earned its place on the Gdańsk alternative scene. In 2026, Lipali, Feeria, and VVYDMY will perform.

LIPALI - the band was formed in 2000 as a solo project by Tomek "Lipy" Lipnicki, a year after the breakup of the group Illusion. In 2003, Adrian "Qlos" Kulik and Łukasz "Luk" Jeleniewski joined; as a trio they recorded four studio albums: "Pi", "Bloo", "Trio", and "3850", featuring hits such as "Upadam", "Popioły", and "Jeżozwierz". After more than a decade, Roman Bereźnicki expanded the lineup - the album "Fasady" (2015) was created in this formation. Lipali received 13 Fryderyk nominations and won the award twice in the vocalist of the year category. In 2023, the band suspended its activities. Now it returns in a new lineup: alongside "Lipy" and "Luk", Artek Litkowiec will appear. The concert at Teatr Leśny will be one of the first performances following the band's reactivation.

FEERIA - a young, independent band from Gdańsk blending elements of grunge, neo-psychedelia, and post-rock.

VVYDMY - the band was founded in 2022 in Gdynia by Jakub Nowak (guitar/vocals) and Szymon Drwal (drums); in 2023, Czarek Polak (guitar) and Piotr Filipowicz (bass) joined. Their influences draw from post-punk and the Australian guitar scene. In July 2025, their debut longplay "Krevv w Piach" was released, recorded in collaboration with the Łódź-based Studio Widnokrąg.

Tickets: 40 PLN in advance, 50 PLN on the day of the concert. A FULL FOREST FUN pass is also available (210 PLN, limited quantity, until the end of June 2026), which grants access to all Teatr Leśny events in the 2026 season: four days of Gdańsk Jazz Nights, two concerts from the PsychoDaily cycle, three Alternatywny Las concerts, and two silent film screenings with live music.
