Gdańsk Jazz Nights: Ziemia Uniwersalna + Vilna Residency Finale in Gdańsk — Teatr Leśny w Gdańsku, Gdańsk

Ziemia Uniwersalna is a singer-songwriter duo of Józefina Bałdyka and Marcin Szumala (also known as Ziemia Obiecana), creating alternative pop with elements of improvised music. Their inspirations include Ichiko Aoba, Sławek Jaskułke, Igor Herbut, and Rachael & Vilray. The duo is currently working on their debut album titled "Uroczysko", and in their lyrics-close to poetic form-they seek direct contact with the listener.

The second concert of the evening is the finale of the Vilna artistic residency in Gdańsk. Over two days, musicians from both cities exchanged experiences and explored connections between contemporary musical trends in Poland and Lithuania. Five artists will present a semi-improvised session on stage, the result of their collaborative search: Michał Korsak, Mikołaj Prościński, Milena Handszu, Simonas Kaupinis, and Salomėja Kalvelytė.

Single-day tickets: 40 PLN in advance, 50 PLN on the day of the concert. Passes are also available: weekend pass (31.07-1.08) - 65 PLN, two-weekend pass (31.07-1.08 and 28.08-29.08) - 120 PLN. The FULL FOREST FUN pass includes all Forest Theatre events in the 2026 season - four days of Gdańsk Jazz Nights, two concerts from the PsychoDaily series, three from the Alternative Forest series, and two silent film screenings with live music - and costs 210 PLN (limited availability, available until the end of June 2026).
